REGISTRATIONS ARE REQUESTED Call 724-3151, ext. 7 or fill out the electronic form below with the names of the people attending. Payment of $10 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members is expected in advance or at the door. No exceptions please.

Fill out the form below and submit to reserve a spot at this event. Reservations must be made by noon on the day of the event. If you have any questions please contact Eva Aboussleman for more information. Payment is expected at the door. No bills will be sent.

I hereby grant Mohawk Valley Chamber permission to interview me and/or to use my likeness in photographs/video in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Mohawk Valley Chamber, in perpetuity, and for other use by the Chamber. I will make no monetary or other claim against the Mohawk Valley Chamber for the use of the interview and/or the photograph(s)/video.
